We do not use facial analysis to identify individuals against external identity databases or for purposes such as employment, credit, housing, or law enforcement decisions.
To the extent, certain information may be considered biometric data or biometric identifiers under applicable U.S. state laws (for example, face geometry-derived data), we will process such information only where permitted by law and, where required, with appropriate notice and your explicit consent.
Metadata. We collect metadata associated with your User Content and usage of AI features, such as timestamps, device information, file attributes, location tags (if enabled), and contextual information indicating how and when content was created, uploaded, or modified.
Inferred Information. We may generate inferences based on your activity, such as content preferences, engagement patterns, and general usage trends. These inferences may be inaccurate and are used only to provide and improve the Services.
